Who I am
I’m an approachable accountant with over 10 years of experience in UK accountancy. I hold AAT qualifications and a practising licence, as well as a Law degree from the University of Seville. I combine technical knowledge with a practical, human approach to help make tax and accounting easier to understand.
Why We Do It
Having moved to the UK myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to deal with a different country, language and tax system. You want to do things properly, but knowing what is expected of you is not always straightforward. That experience is a big part of why I created The Spanish Accountant®.
What I do
I support Spanish-speaking individuals, sole traders and limited companies with their UK tax and accounting needs, from day-to-day compliance to understanding the wider financial picture of their business or personal affairs.
My role is not simply to prepare figures or submit returns, but to help clients understand their responsibilities, make informed decisions and manage their tax affairs efficiently and within the law.
How I work
I believe accounting should be explained in a way that makes sense to the person behind the numbers.
That means giving practical guidance, answering questions clearly and explaining not only what needs to be done, but why. My aim is for clients to understand their position and feel comfortable making decisions about their finances.
Who I help
I work with Spanish-speaking people across the UK, including private individuals, sole traders and limited company owners who want reliable support with their tax and accounting responsibilities.
Whether they are new to the UK system, running a growing business or simply want to make sure they are doing things properly, I help them stay on top of their obligations and avoid paying more tax than necessary within the rules.
